After The Storm AutoworX

⭐ 1/5 Unfortunately, my experience with After the Storm has been extremely disappointing. I dropped my car off about 2½ months ago after it was damaged in the hailstorm. Before choosing this shop, I looked at several different places, but ultimately decided to go with After the Storm because of their reviews and the promises they made. I was told they would make sure my car was brought back to its original condition and that everything would be done properly and flawlessly. That is absolutely not what happened. When I finally received my car back, I was shocked by the condition it was in. My car is basically brand new, yet after their repairs, there are still numerous issues that need to be fixed. Parts of the interior are not put back together properly and are literally falling apart, there are multiple flaws throughout the vehicle, and overall the car does not look or feel like it was professionally restored. In some ways, I honestly feel like the car came back with more problems than it had before. What makes this experience even more frustrating is the lack of communication and accountability. I have reached out multiple times regarding these issues, and no one has had the

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review I had a great experience with After The Storm Autoworx in Plano. I originally received an estimate from the Lexus dealership for around $600 because they said the part on my Lexus RZ 450e would need to be painted after replacement. I ordered the replacement part myself for around $200 and brought it to After The Storm Autoworx. They gave me a very fair quote of only $159 to paint the part, which I appreciated. When I arrived this morning and we unwrapped the new part together, they honestly told me the part already matched perfectly and did NOT need painting. Instead of charging me anyway, they were honest and told me there would be no charge at all. That kind of honesty and professionalism is hard to find these days. They could have easily taken my money, but they chose integrity first. I truly appreciate their kindness, customer service, and honesty. I highly recommend After The Storm Autoworx to anyone looking for trustworthy auto body work in the Plano/DFW area. — Marilyn Clemons

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! After my husband accidentally dented the front bumper pulling into the garage (he knows how much I care about keeping my car in perfect shape 😅), he took it upon himself to research multiple places to find the best option. What really stood out to him—and ultimately to both of us—was the level of trust and care this shop showed from the very beginning. He spoke with the team and was immediately impressed by the small, personable feel of the place. You can tell right away that they genuinely care about their customers, and that absolutely shows in their work. They delivered exactly as promised—I picked up my car just a couple of days after dropping it off, and I was honestly blown away. My car looks almost brand new again. I am very picky when it comes to my car, and I can barely even tell where the dent was. Overall, we are beyond happy with the results and the entire experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality work and people you can truly trust! Before and after photos attached.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give 10 stars, I would. I am absolutely blown away by After the Storm Body Shop. From start to finish, this experience was nothing short of phenomenal. The professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail here are on another level — this isn’t just a body shop, it’s a place full of people who genuinely care about what they do. The owner deserves a special mention — an incredibly hardworking, honest, and true person. You can instantly tell he runs this shop with heart and integrity. He doesn’t cut corners, doesn’t oversell, and makes sure every job leaving his shop is something to be proud of. That kind of authenticity is rare these days, and it sets the tone for the entire team. At the front desk, I was welcomed by one of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with. She made the whole process — from booking the appointment to final pickup — smooth, easy, and stress-free. Her warmth and professionalism instantly made me feel taken care of, and I can’t thank her enough for that. Now, I have to talk about Mika — the man, the myth, the absolute wizard with a hammer. Watching him work was unreal. Even when I thought everything looked perfect, Mika kept going, maki

Justin and Allegra were so amazing!! I was a ghost follower on their social media pages for a while and finally found enough courage to contact them. From day one when I stopped by for a possible estimate, I KNEW that I wanted ATS to repair my car from the tornado storm damage. Justin explained the meaning behind the shop name and they both instantly made me feel comfortable to trust them with my vehicle, There is just something about their spirits that instantly connected me to them. Allegra was so supportive the entire time. She encouraged me during my claims process, and communicated directly with my insurance company when needed. I had no major stress during the repair time with ATS! Delilah was for sure an added bonus! Such a sweet shop manager! Justin and his team took great care of my car! The color of my car is Hellraisin and can be a difficult color to find. Justin mixed the color perfectly! Everything matches all across my car and it only took about 2 weeks to complete! I am very happy with the turn out! If you are unsure about if you want to use this particular body shop for your vehicle repairs, DO NOT look any further!
